  1. Go to http://univeraoffice.com
  2. Log in with your associate ID (not email) and password
  3. Click on the "Shop" tab
  4. Click on "Your Account"
  5. Click on "Change Password"
    You will be prompted for both your old password and new password as well
    as a password hint. If you don't know your old password, you will need to contact CARE at (877) 627-4787
  6. Fill out the form and then press "Save"
